Refund and Returns Policy

At Sumukh Ghee, we take pride in the quality and purity of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

Due to the perishable nature of our ghee products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued only if the product is out of stock or if a replacement is not possible in cases of shipping damage or delivery errors. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting our customer service. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for complaints made beyond the stipulated period or without valid proof.
